UI/UX Designer at primasystems

We are looking for a motivated “UI/UX Designer ” who wants to take on challenging tasks while growing both professionally and personally. 

About the Role: 

primasystems is looking for a user-focused UI/UX Designer to design intuitive, accessible, and visually consistent digital experiences. The role covers user experience from discovery through design delivery, while maintaining design standards and working closely with product and engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Design intuitive and user-friendly web and mobile interfaces.
• Conduct user research and analyze user behavior, needs, and requirements.
• Define end-to-end user journeys, flows, and interaction patterns.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity interface designs.
• Translate business requirements into effective and user-centered experiences.
• Develop and maintain design systems, reusable UI components, and design standards.
• Define component governance and maintain consistency across digital products.
• Create responsive, mobile-first designs for desktop, tablet, and mobile platforms.
• Ensure consistency in branding, typography, layouts, interaction patterns, and visual elements.
• Plan and facilitate usability testing and incorporate relevant user feedback.
• Identify UX problems proactively and propose product-level solutions.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, developers, and stakeholders on requirements, scope, feasibility, and delivery.
• Lead design reviews and communicate design rationale to stakeholders.
• Review implemented interfaces and perform design QA to ensure design accuracy.
• Document UX decisions, patterns, specifications, and design standards.
• Continuously evaluate relevant design trends and UX best practices.

Requirements: 

• Bachelor’s degree in design, HCI, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of professional UI/UX design experience.
• Strong proficiency in Figma.
• Strong understanding of UX principles, user flows, wireframing, and prototyping.
• Strong visual design, interaction design, and typography skills.
• Good knowledge of responsive and mobile-first design.
• Ability to create and maintain design systems.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating relevant UI/UX projects.

Nice to Have: 

• Experience designing SaaS or enterprise applications.
• Familiarity with HTML/CSS and front-end development.
• Experience with usability testing and user research.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.
